The board of directors of Jia Wei Lifestyle is composed of seven members with industrial management experience or professional knowledge. Their abundant experience, educational background, personal judgement and business judgment are deeply relied by us.Jia Wei runs with high standard enterprise governance and the perspective of enterprise legacy. The nomination and election of board members abide to the Company Act and related legal regulations to establish a fair, just, and open board member election procedure. The formation of the board of directors takes organizational culture, business style and long-term development into consideration, and practices member diversity.
The board of directors of the company shall direct company strategies, supervise the management, and be responsible to the company and shareholders. The various procedures and arrangements of its corporate governance system shall ensure that, in exercising its authority, the board of directors complies with laws, regulations, its articles of incorporation, and the resolutions of its shareholders meetings.
