Learning & Growth

Philosophy and Objectives

The Company has established human resource management guidelines and implemented employee training programs to enhance workforce competencies and job skills. This ensures employees have opportunities for career advancement, allowing them to fully utilize their strengths and potential in the workplace. The goal is to cultivate both professional and managerial talent, promote the effective use of human resources, improve operational efficiency, elevate management standards, and foster a culture of quality awareness. Ultimately, these efforts support our goal of achieving excellence in quality and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Overview of "Training and Development Program"

"New Employee Orientation"

The Human Resources department organizes the training and orientation for new employees. This includes an introduction to the Company’s departments, personnel policies, benefits, workplace etiquette, cybersecurity awareness, and a brief overview of the employee's assigned unit. The training program is documented in the "New Employee Orientation Schedule," ensuring that new hires become familiar with the Company’s management system and gain an initial understanding of their role and department.

"On-the-Job Training" (OJT)

Each department, based on job descriptions, work requirements, and career advancement needs, submits an annual training plan survey at the end of the year to determine the training needs for the following year. Based on this, HR, in collaboration with the departments, arranges both internal and external training courses. Upon completion of the training, employees are required to submit feedback or share their learnings internally. The focus of this training is to enhance the professional skills of current employees, with ongoing training on topics such as sustainable development, information security, integrity in business, human rights protection, and workplace safety and fire prevention.

"Strategic Talent Management & Leadership"

In accordance with the Company's operational needs, a training program is formulated for senior executives (Vice Presidents and above) and key strategic personnel. This program includes targeted participants, training objectives, course content, duration, and associated costs. The goal of this program is to cultivate leaders with a broad corporate perspective and strategic executional capabilities. These leaders are expected to understand the Company’s vision, drive organizational transformation, integrate resources, and build a talent pipeline to address market challenges and ensure the Company’s long-term sustainability.
