Consumer/Customer Rights Protection

I. Objective

To demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding customer rights and to foster a corporate culture that prioritizes consumer protection, our company has established a "Consumer Rights Protection Policy." This policy is designed to ensure the health and safety of customers in relation to our products and services, and to oversee the accuracy and transparency of marketing and labeling. Subsidiaries of the Company that have not established their own consumer protection policies are required to adhere to this policy.

II. Key Policies

1.Customer Health and Safety

(1) Products and services offered must meet the safety standards and environmental regulations applicable to the markets where they are sold. They must also comply with country-specific environmental and safety certifications and be FDA compliant.

(2) A rigorous supplier management system is in place, requiring valid third-party inspection reports and compliance certificates for all suppliers.

(3) All products must undergo necessary registration, testing, and certification before being introduced to any market.

(4) Advertising and marketing content must be truthful and unbiased. Exaggerated or misleading claims that could deceive consumers about the safety or health benefits of the product are strictly prohibited.

(5) We maintain open customer feedback channels, proactively monitoring complaints, adverse reactions, or health incidents related to product safety.

2.Product Marketing and Labeling Standards

(1) All advertising and marketing campaigns must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Advertising and marketing content must be clear, transparent, and fully compliant with relevant laws and international standards. Any form of deception, misleading practices, or fraud is strictly prohibited. This upholds consumer rights, builds consumer trust, and protects the integrity of our brand.
  • Convenient and clear after-sales service channels must be made available to consumers, enabling them to exercise their rights as needed.
  • A streamlined and efficient after-sales process should be in place, enabling consumers to quickly and easily assert their rights to "cancel/terminate contracts," "return or exchange products," or "request refunds," without encountering complicated procedures that could compromise their interests.

(2) Product Labeling

All products are labeled with appropriate symbols and information on the packaging to enable consumers to easily identify the manufacturer. These labels must comply with FDA food-grade standards to safeguard consumer rights.

(3) Customer Privacy

During the provision of services, any personal data collected from consumers must be handled in full compliance with privacy protection laws and regulations to ensure data security and prevent misuse.

Complaint Handling Process

Upon receiving a complaint, a designated staff member will immediately begin processing the case and provide an update on the progress within 5 business days. Each case will be thoroughly investigated, coordinated, and responded to, ensuring that the issue is appropriately addressed. If the outcome is not satisfactory, consumers have the right to request further coordination or apply for assistance from an external impartial body.

In line with our commitment to safeguarding customer rights, the Company strengthens its approach to consumer inquiries and dispute resolution. We handle consumer disputes in accordance with both domestic and international legal frameworks, ensuring that all complaints are resolved in a fair, reasonable, and effective manner.
